Cancel, Clear, Delete

If you have found yourself less than positive or you have noticed you are worrying a bit more than usual, it is time to change your thought process.  To eliminate those lower-energy thoughts and feelings you have experienced lately, simply practice canceling, clearing and deleting those thoughts and feelings when you notice them.  It really can be that simple.  Consciously asking your angels to eliminate lower-energy feelings goes a long ways when you want to focus on manifesting a positive outcome.  This is also a good time to reduce your intake of stimulations that cause your mind to race with unwanted thoughts and worries. 

Affirmation: I easily recognize my lower-energy thoughts and I consciously choose to “erase” those lower-energy thoughts from my past and the present as I replace them with positive, high-energy affirmations and actions.

Visualize Success

No matter what life challenges you are facing, they CAN BE overcome when you simply choose to visualize and feel your angels helping you create a reality full of solutions that help others as well as yourself.  Your angels are here now to help you create the confidence you have asked for.  They want you to know that you are truly are in control of your future, and through your faith and affirmations—YOU WILL create a reality that feels so good.

Affirmation: I easily clear my mind and heart of all fears and I am completely able to connect with my angels and higher self to create a reality full of peace, tranquility and love.

God Box

It is time for you to create a God Box to put all your worries and concerns in.  Select a special container that you consider sacred and first write down, on a piece of paper, ALL your fears.  Then, write down everything that you are grateful for in your life.  Follow this by taking all your fears and writing down positive affirmations for each of them.  Finally, take everything that you have written and put it in your God Box.  As you place your fears in your God Box, set the intention that you are surrendering and releasing your fears to your spiritual team to manage.  You will be surprised how easily you feel your angels’ assistance and how quickly you feel the heavy burden you carry being released from your mind and body.

Affirmation: I surrender and release my cares and worries to my spiritual beings and I know that they are close at hand to help me find creative and divinely inspired ideas to solve any life challenges I or my loved ones may face.

Heal Away Addictions

It is time to eliminate anything that interferes with your health, happiness and life purpose.  Archangel Raphael and YOUR angels are here to help you eliminate any physical, emotional or mental behaviors that stop you from experiencing your higher self and from realizing your dreams and goals.  Once you make a personal decision to change any lower behaviors or habits, your spiritual team WILL help prepare you to release the emotional and physical toxic energies that hold you back.

Affirmation: I courageously reach out to my spiritual team for help with eliminating the physical and emotional addictions that stop me from experiencing my divine self, and I easily accept their help to eliminate my lower-energy thoughts and behaviors.

You ARE a divine Goddess!  It is time to embrace your feminine energy completely so you allow your angelically guided intuitive, creative and nurturing gifts to surface easily.  Please know that the Goddesses (Isis, Kuan Yin, Lakshmi, Athena and Mother Mary, etc.) are by your side right now helping you to balance your feminine and masculine energies.  Call on them often and use their blessings and power to bring peace and harmony into your life.
