Cleanse and Detoxify

It is time to step back and review your life in terms of what you eat and drink.  Are you eating and drinking the kind of foods and drink that will raise your energy and spiritual vibrations?  If not, your angels are asking you to change your dietary habits so you will feel better emotionally and physically.  The increased energy you WILL receive from improving your body WILL significantly increase your meditative and manifesting abilities.  And, the side benefit is that as you improve your diet, you will also find yourself loving who you are even more than before.

Family is a very important part of who you are.  However, at times, family disagreements and the resulting “hurts” can be very challenging.  Call on your spiritual family of angels to help you see your family and yourself surrounded by loving, healing energy and practice sending higher-energy love to them at all times.  You will soon see how quickly disagreements turn into acceptance for each other.

Affirmation:  I easily recognize the gifted children and young adults that have joined us, and I lovingly and enthusiastically accept my responsibility to help them accept and develop their spiritual gifts.
