telling you that you need to be aware of the harmful effects harsh environments, unhealthy foods and chemicals have on you.
Because you have a highly sensitive mind and body, you sometimes may try to mask your sensitivity in an unhealthy way.
Your angels are asking you to deal with your sensitivity in a more healthy way and they are asking you to detoxify
your body of harmful chemicals, food additives or lower-energies you have absorbed. You will quickly find
that you can more easily deal with all of life’s challenges when you honor your mind and body’s sensitivity. Affirmation: As I inhale and exhale deeply, I call on my Archangels Michael and Raphael to
detoxify my emotional self and my physical body, and I willing release all of the physical and emotional toxins my body holds
so I can easily receive all the gifts my spiritual team are sending me. | T | Power Animal | You have at least one Spiritual
Power Animal who is here as your guide to protect, teach and comfort you. Your Power Animal could
be a living or deceased pet or you may have a very special connection with certain types of animals or birds.
Your Power Animals are placed in your life to help you stay grounded and connected to Mother Earth. Open
your heart and you WILL hear and feel the angelically inspired messages your animal(s) is communicating to
you. Affirmation: I easily connect with
nature while I listen with my heart and mind for the messages my Spiritual Power Animals are sending me and while I am in

experiencing your divine purpose and they make it difficult for you to connect with your higher consciousness.
It is time to let go of everything and everyone who does not serve your higher purpose. Please do
not be afraid to release these attachments. Your desire to improve your life in a loving way has triggered
support and love from YOUR angels and spiritual guides. You truly are worthy of experiencing a happy and
fulfilled life. Known that YOUR angels are by your side constantly and they WILL help you face your life

I call on Archangel Michael and my spiritual team to give me the faith and courage to release ALL lower energy people,
situations and unhealthy habits from my life, and I know that I am totally protected and divinely guided as I move forward

is part of your divine purpose and mission. Although it may be challenging to live or work with these gifted
and sensitive children, please know that you have extra angelic support when you ask for it because your mission is so very

are natural-born leaders that will help our world evolve spiritually. Affirmation: I fully embrace my mission to help Indigo children and I take comfort in knowing
that my angels are with me every step of the way giving me the strength and guidance to help guide these children in a very

information found in holistic, metaphysical and spiritual books. Books also hold the key for you about
discovering or expanding your personal life purpose. Pay attention to books that other people recommend
to you and pay special attention to books that “jump out” and grab your attention. Affirmation: I call upon Archangel Gabriel to help me discover or expand my life purpose through
holistic, spiritual and metaphysical books, and I easily find time to read and study the books my angels lead me to.

truth and integrity. Do not allow anyone, especially yourself, to make you feel like you need to compromise
your beliefs and values. Align all of your actions so they match your values and your divinely guided sense
of what is right and fair. You truly do know what is right and what is wrong, and as long as you listen
to your conscious and angelic messages, YOU WILL choose the right thoughts, words and actions that will result
